By the time you are reading this, I will have left on a
jet plane (Unlike the song, I do know when I'll be back again. And no
need to check on my house; this is a solo trip for me, so the house is
lived in and looked after while I'm gone.)
I'm almost done packing; reviewing a list helps me remember what I need. Lists will differ from person to person, and between kinds of trips, but general lists include: clothing--including shoes, outerwear and sleepwear-- appropriate to the weather and planned activities (snow/rain/heat/swimming/skiing/exercise/formal events/church. . .), toiletries, medications, electronic devices and chargers, camera (with charger and extra card), identification, itinerary, reading material, and a bag for dirty clothes.
My trip will probably factor heavily into my next "Ten Things of Thankful" post. (And I promise to have photos then.)
Thanks for lists!

I make multiple lists too when preparing for a trip.

I always have a list, too. The kind of trip determines how many lists.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your trip!
