I love autumn, and I love apples! This salad comes together quickly, and takes advantage of wonderful fall fruit and nuts.
It's hard to go wrong with salad measurements; just add ingredients until it looks right.
Harvest Apple Salad
Wash, core, and chop apples into bite-sized pieces. (I used Granny Smith and Gala varieties.) Splash apple pieces with some lemon juice, to keep them from browning. Slice celery. Chop walnuts. Combine apple pieces, celery slices, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and toffee bits in a bowl. Stir in yogurt for a dressing. (I used an apple cinnamon flavored Greek yogurt.) Enjoy!
Thanks for fall flavors.
